Pickleball Lesson Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your Pickleball lesson. To ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for all players, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe:

Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fee:

If a lesson is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one lesson will be charged.

No-Shows:

If a player fails to show up for a scheduled lesson without providing prior notice, they will be charged the full cost of the lesson.

Communication:

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to the instructor or the designated point of contact via phone call, text message, or email.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations.

Refunds:

Refunds for canceled lessons will be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.

Instructor's Discretion:

The instructor reserves the right to waive or adjust the cancellation fee at their discretion, particularly in cases of demonstrated hardship or genuine emergencies.
